We ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. All shipments include insurance and a tracking number to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. We also offer express shipping based on availability.

Yes. We offer different financing options so you can get your real gold piece with greater comfort and flexibility.
We work with trusted providers such as Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Acima, and Snap, offering quick processes and accessible payment options based on your eligibility.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return your jewelry if it does not meet your expectations. We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have three days from the time you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee includes the cost of return shipping. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it in our inventory. To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To keep your gold shining: avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store pieces in a separate bag or box. Clean them with a soft, dry cloth.
